BTA employs a scientific approach. We have collected data, such as wear indices, on over a billion square feet of roofs all across the country. We have organized this data into actuarial tables. Further, we have converted this virtual library of roof wear knowledge into a software program that is far more comprehensive – and accurate – than any other company could offer.

The four photos above show a brief snapshot of our process. We begin with your roof and convert it to a detailed CAD/CAM schematic. Then, using our proprietary software, we create a schematic that shows Projected Roof Life of your existing roof. Lastly, we create a schematic that demonstrates Roof Life Extension that can be achieved by adopting our recommendations.
