pioneerWorking in conjunction with the US Air Force in the early 1970s we developed the model for our management system. It was based upon the philosophy of proactive maintenance - anticipating and correcting small or potential problems before they become big ones.

Over time, we have collected data on more than a billion square feet of roofs including information such as roof type, materials, age, locations, effects of climate, and details on when, where and how failures occur. This wealth of data was computerized and analyzed to create actuarial tables and deterioration curves that have vastly improved our ability to understand when, why, where and how roofs fail. Armed with this knowledge, we can improve your roof life and significantly improve your bottom line.
